Ingredients (1 serving)

  • Dry wheat pasta50 g
  • Broccoli200 g
  • Cooked white beans80 g (about ½ cup)
  • Garlic10 g
  • Olive oil10 g (about 1 tablespoon)
  • Lemon10 g

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water. 4 minutes before it’s done, add the broccoli florets to the pot. Then drain, reserving a little cooking water.
  2. Briefly sauté the sliced garlic and chili in olive oil, being careful not to let the garlic burn.
  3. Add the drained beans, pasta and broccoli, and 2-3 tablespoons of cooking water, then stir.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

Canned beans just need to be rinsed. Chickpeas also work well instead of white beans.
